You must be a HOSA member to attend the Dallas Mavs game. Please refer back to the Google Classroom Topics on options to pay HOSA dues. Or follow the info in the Parent/Student Square thread. 
To be a HOSA member, you must:
1. Pay $25 (cash, check, or online with a credit card)
2. Have a parent permission form signed, permitting you to join HOSA
3. Online Google form HOSA membership form (this is info needed to register you with HOSA)
4. Your student may join our HOSA Google classroom  to stay uodated by joining with code:lefpgvzc

Mavs Ticket is $40 by cash or check, or you may pay below by credit card, with cc fees it's 45.00
