NLHS Beta Advances to Nationals |
North Lamar High School seniors, Dakota Kilcrease and Kelsey Bolyard, competed at the State
Beta Convention in Dallas on January 13 and 14. Dakota will advance to the National Beta
Convention in Greensboro, North Carolina, in June after placing second at state in Social
Studies. Kelsey placed third in Oratory. NLHS Beta Sponsor is Patti Haley. |

PJC Dragons Softball Signs Pantherette Trio |
Three North Lamar Pantherettes have committed to play softball for the Paris Junior College Dragon’s beginning the spring of 2013. Ali Hargis, Chelsea Jordan and Katlin Alexander will continue their studies after graduating from North Lamar High School this spring and to assist the Dragons softball team as they compete in the NJCAA Region XIV Athletic Conference, one of the strongest two-year college conferences in the nation. |
