North Lamar third grade poster winner advances to area

Aaron Parker second grade student Adam Joudeh gives a big smile after hearing his poster won second place in the Lamar Soil and Water Conservation District contest.  Principal Kristin Hughes notified Adam of his win virtually.

Paris, Texas, February 4, 2021 – Adam Joudeh, a third grader at Aaron Parker Elementary, placed second in the 2^nd-3rd grade poster category of the Lamar Soil and Water Conservation District contest.  Adam is one of North Lamar’s online students and was presented a $30 check virtually by his principal Kristin Hughes .  His artwork will go on to compete at area.   The theme this year is “Healthy Forests = Healthy Communities”.
