Summary: Using a free PhotoShop-like program called GIMP, I put together several simple lesson plans to help me teach my students the tricks of photo editing and graphic design.  Lessons start with the most basic skill and each one adds on to the one before.  They include step-by-step instructions with illustrations, an end result image so you know what you're aiming for, and original image files to practice with.  Come learn GIMP from the word GO!!

Full Description: Using a free PhotoShop-like program called GIMP, I put together several simple lesson plans to help me teach my students the tricks of photo editing and graphic design.  Lessons start with the most basic skill and each one adds on to the one before.  They include step-by-step instructions with illustrations, an end result image so you know what you're aiming for, and original image files to practice with.  The list below is organized by the skill being taught.  The lettered items are extra activities or projects that require the skills taught in that lesson.  The student handouts are provided in both English and Spanish.
