NLISD Installs New Telephone System
The district's new ShoreTel Voice over IP telephone system will enable school personnel to work smarter with more efficiency while reducing telecommunications cost by approximately a third. The 200 plus phone lines will allow employees to manage their voice mail wherever they go with a click of the mouse through the ShoreTel Call Manager application program installed on each computer.
The main phone numbers of the NL Administration Building and those on each campus will remain the same and be answered by appropriate personnel. The automated phone number of 903-737-2003 may be called for a complete listing of campuses, departments, and support staff. Extension numbers and fax numbers have all changed.
